The Human Trinity — Spirit, Soul, and Sacred Body
In this article, I am covering information that has connected for me through many different readings and understandings about what reality really is on a quantum level, and who we really are at the energetic layered anatomy of our consciousness.
I hope you’ll follow me on this short journey on a topic that is incredibly instrumental in shifting our living experience from being humans with spiritual aspirations to knowing that we ARE spiritual beings having a human experience — Spirituality is who we truly are, embodied in human form.
I’ll start the article with a few quantum facts, and then move on to one of the best descriptions of the Spirit and the Soul (and the Body for that matter — the Human Trinity), and then I’ll take you a little deeper into the Spirit and the Soul — and hopefully after you read this article, you won’t be the same again; and you’ll want to know more.
In essence, everything is light and sound. Everything we see and touch is energy and information in a different form.

A few Quantum Facts, first
1️⃣ We are MORE Energy than Matter : Atoms are 99.999999…% energy, information, consciousness, “nothingness”, a “void”, unseen. All matter is made up of atoms. We are made of atoms… and we are more “space”, more “nothingness”, MORE energy and information than what we call “material”. It is ONLY our senses that “plug us into the 3D realm” (the so-called “material” realm) — and 📌 I wrote an article about how we decode frequency and vibration.
2️⃣ The immaterial nature of reality is a Quantum Reality — a quantum field, a quantum unified field, a quantum field of consciousness, a quantum source field of energy and information — whose nature is wholeness, order, and it’s essence is that of pure love — Source. The space around us IS this field at a specific frequency and vibration — more like a plasma ether; we are embedded into this field — we ARE the field, and we are SURROUNDED by this field — of energy and information. 📌I wrote several articles that I recommend you read to compliment what I am saying: organized layers of reality (Source, God, Morphic Fields, and Quantum Field), and on the Ecosystem of Quantum Field Thought.

3️⃣ Consciousness is fundamental to reality. What we call “matter” arises from Consciousness. Everything is IN Consciousness. There is ONLY Consciousness. What we call “the world” is a projection WITHIN Consciousness. You never experience the world directly. You experience your conscious awareness of the world.
All of it appears like a movie on the screen of consciousness. The screen itself never changes, even though the movie does.
The idea of an “external world” separate from the self is a mental construct.
This doesn’t mean the world isn’t “real,” but it reframes reality as being experiential — everything you’ve ever known has happened in awareness.
You are not in the experience — the experience is in you.”
“I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as a derivative of consciousness.” — Max Plack (the nobel prize winner quantum physicist from 1918 who created the foundation for modern quantum mechanics)
And matter is just simply the most stable form (the slowest form of vibration) of energy and information that can be perceived by our five primary senses.
The Best Description of the Spirit and Soul
Now you have an idea that we are more energy than matter, that we are in a field of consciousness, and that consciousness is primary and fundamental — and that it is the field that informs what we call “matter”, it is primary and matter secondary as a manifestation of the field.
I once read a book called “The White Book” by Ramtha. And it is the single best source I have ever seen on the Spirit and the Soul being described so accurately. I will share this quote and then I will make other connections to it so you can see how it all comes together.
Please read this statement mindfully and notice the wording being used.
“What you truly are is Spirit and soul, a light-entity and an emotional entity combined.
Your Spirit — this little point of light — surrounds all molecular structures of your body; thus it houses and supports the mass of your embodiment.
Your soul lies within the mass, near your heart, in a cavity under a shield of bone wherein nothing exists except electrical energy. Your soul records and stores, in the form of emotion, every thought you have ever entertained. It is because of this unique collectiveness of emotion stored within your soul that you have a unique ego identity or personality self.
The body you inhabit is simply a carriage — a chosen, refined vehicle — that allows you to live and play upon a plane of matter. Yet through your vehicle you have steeped yourself in the illusion that your body is who you are.”
The Spirit, a Light Entity
First, I’m going to break down what the Spirit actually is, and how in coincides with what I’ve described above about the quantum reality, as well as science and religion.
The Spirit, is an Eternal Unified Source of Energy and Information.
The Spirit, is the field of pure (scalar) consciousness.
The Spirit, is the origin field itself, within us, all around us, and within everything that exists.
Spirit is in everything, and all around us.
The essence of the Spirit, is pure love energy, orderly, whole. It is undivided, infinite, beyond dimensional structure.
There are great quotes from the Bible that express this truth is many different ways, some of the ones I love the most are these three:
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 1 Corinthians 6:19
“Without the Holy Spirit, God is far away… With the Holy Spirit, the Gospel is the power of life.”
— St. Athanasius
“Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?” 1 Corinthians 3:16
And one other thing I want add is the connection to science about how we are “encased” in Spirit — we are in Spirit… Spirit “surrounds all molecular structures of your body”:

The Soul, an Emotional Vibrational Entity
The Soul is a dimensionalized identity layer that interfaces with form.
The Soul is an organized pattern within the field that can experience reality. It is composed of energy matrices and frequency bands.
These different frequency bands are part of our “electromagnetic field” aura… which correlate to different energy matrices “containers” within the body light blueprint.
- The incarnate Self — part of the 3D frequency band
- There’s the Soul Matrix — part of dimensional bandds 4D to 6D,
- The Oversoul Matrix accessible at the 7D-9D
- Avatar / Christos Self available at the 10D-12D
It functions as a bridge between body (density form) and higher consciousness.
Ascension of the Soul is being able to evolve and gain access to these frequency bands of consciousness and access higher and higher dimensions of who we are capable of being.
The Soul is an organized field of individuated consciousness that allows experience within dimensional realities.
While the Spirit is the Source within us, the Soul is the individuated Expression of God Consciousness.
The soul, as an organized energetic construct, allows consciousness to individuate, experience, and evolve within time-space realities.
And while the Soul can fragment and evolve through experience, the Spirit remains a constant, a unified field from which all identity emerges and it is our connection to Source/God.
We are Spiritual Energetic Beings having a human form experience.
The moment this Truth resonates with you, it shifts the entire paradigm of life. Living becomes something else entirely.
Our Spirit is a Light-Entity. It is our life-force. It is the God essence within.
Our Soul is a Vibration Entity within us. Our Soul is the guide (our true north) within us, when we are in alignment with its essence and scope.
