How consciousness, the quantum field, and how the matrix of infinite potential of probabilities gives rise to the reality we experience.
We think reality is solid. We think matter is fundamental. But atoms are mostly empty space. Particles are excitations of fields. Quantum Physics shows fields are fundamental, not matter. Matter is not the foundation of reality — fields are.
Reality exists as potential before it becomes matter. Consciousness (an observer) interacts with the field of potential to create experience. The quantum field is the matrix through which consciousness becomes reality.
We never experience reality directly; we experience our perception of reality within consciousness.
Consciousness is Fundamental
This means that consciousness is not something inside reality — rather, reality as we know it appears within consciousness. In this sense, consciousness is not a product of the universe; it is the medium through which the universe is known and experienced.
The most important reference with regards to this has been Max Planck (the founder of quantum theory) who outright said:
“I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness.”
A major scientific theory of consciousness proposes that consciousness is an intrinsic property of systems that integrate information, and may be a fundamental property of reality rather than something that emerges only in brains. The Quantum Field
The quantum field IS a field of energy and information. But it is not just that, it is the unified field of consciousness itself, and it functions as the matrix through which reality is created from potential into form.
There are four fundamental pieces of understanding around the quantum field that are important to be stated and integrated in our minds about how we create and experience reality.
1️⃣ Reality is both matter and energy, particle and wave-form; and really, we are more energy than matter, and more wave than particle.
The Quantum Field exists beyond our five primary sensory perceptions — seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, tasting.
We can only experience this Source field with our Consciousness (our Awareness), because IT is itself a unified field of pure consciousness.
This field organizes and unifies everything material into form. It is the potential energy that lowers itself as a frequency of wave patterns until it appears as solid.
This is the universal intelligence that gives life to everything in our reality. It is this Source energy, this highly intelligent universal life-force that constructs our reality AND also what animates every aspect of the material, including us as human beings.
2️⃣ This higher intelligence exists in us, as well as outside of us; we are extensions of it. there is no separation; and it keeps us alive.
Its signature is that of oneness, order, wholeness.
It is all about connection, and everything is interacting with everything in terms of energy, in this unified field.
3️⃣ This is the field of potentiality. It is the realm of thought.
It is often considered “the black void” (it has also been referred to as the “zero-point” field, or the “Planck” field); however, it is filled with infinite potentialities, probabilities, and possibilities.
If you can think it, it exists in the Quantum.
It is the field of electromagnetic frequencies; it is alive in a sense.
Everything is created twice, first through the quantum field, activated in the realm of thought, and then in the material form, in our three-dimensional life structure.
4️⃣ Lastly, this field is also termed to be in the dimension of “time-space.”
Our physical reality exists in realm of “space-time” (3D), because you move through space to experience time.
In the quantum realm, all there is, is Time. You move through stacks of time, to experience a space, a dimension, or location.
And you move through the time stacks by changing your frequency, aka- your thought, because every dimension is based on a specific frequency.
And Einstein’s famous quote around this is:
“The field is the sole governing agency of the particle.”
At the deepest level of reality, everything exists within consciousness.
What physics calls the quantum field is not separate from consciousness — it is the structural layer of consciousness expressed as energy and information.
This quantum field is the matrix of creation, the infinite field of potential where all possibilities exist as frequency before becoming form.
Matter is not the foundation of reality — consciousness is.
The quantum field is the bridge between consciousness and matter, and physical reality is the result of consciousness interacting with the field of potential and collapsing it into experience.
Matter is not the foundation of reality.
Fields are the foundation.
Information organizes the fields.
Consciousness interacts with the information.
Observation collapses potential into reality.
This is how we create our experience, in the simplest ways it can be said.
