Understanding both the objective realm and the subjective realm of human experience.
Humans can modulate both objective energies and subjective energies.
Everything “material” has an element of consciousness. In this view, consciousness is fundamental and a universal feature of reality. Everything has an intrinsic quality of consciousness — a subjective quality. Everything has some basic level of sentience.
Consciousness doesn’t emerge from “something”; it’s already everywhere — the fundamental fabric of our reality. Matter is an expression of consciousness.
The Subjective Realm & the Objective Realm
The objective realm is the physical or material world.
The subjective realm is the causative, creative realm, the realm that is the source of the physical realm.
Humans can tap into both the objective and the subjective realms by modulating brainwave frequencies:
- at the Beta brainwave frequency, you are dealing with the objective, material world — the effect,
- and at the Alpha (/Theta) brainwave frequency, you are working in the subjective, spiritual world — the cause of the effect.
On the same note, programming at the beta level is called objective learning. Programming at the alpha level is called subjective learning.
And, keep in mind — the subjective Mind has an EFFECT on the object World. THIS is why we ARE co-creators of our reality.
Healing can be an Objective Path or a Subjective Path
Healing is objective when physical means are used to achieve the work.
Healing is subjective when mental means are used to achieve the work, through intention and interaction with a greater consciousness we call the Spirit — within and all around us that carries a higher level of order of information.
The ideal approach, some might say, to healing is to use both the subjective and the objective: healing subjectively from the innermost layers of matter to the outermost and healing objectively from the outermost to the innermost layers of matter. However, I am certain from my research and studies that we have he power to heal ourselves independently of external sources — because it is ultimately the field that changes matter, change the field, change matter.
Right and Left Brain Hemispheres
The objective and subjective realms are modulated by the left-brain and right-brain hemispheres.
- The left hemisphere is most often associated to the external perception of reality (the physical objective).
- The right hemisphere is more about the internal capacities, such as the intuitive, psychic, and extrasensory modalities (the immaterial subjective).
The Right Brain Hemisphere
The right hemisphere is a creative brain, and because it is creative — when you activate it, it creates solutions.
One of the most important findings to emerge from right-brain/left-brain research is that the right brain functions in a spaceless, timeless realm.
If there is no separation in the right-brain, or causal realm, then we all share the same causal source. Our separate bodies may not be connected in the objective physical realm, but our seemingly separate minds are indeed connected in the subjective, nonphysical realm.
The way the physical energy fields work is the reverse of the way spiritual energy fields work. The physical energy fields influence matter by repulsion, from the outer to the inner levels of matter. The spiritual energy fields influence matter by attraction, from the inner to the outer levels of matter. Mind, controlled by human intelligence at the alpha level, can influence all of these energy fields through either the left- or right-brain hemisphere.
The physical energy fields controlled by the left-brain hemisphere are limited by distance. But the spiritual energy fields controlled by the right-brain hemisphere are not limited by distance.
**** Three-Finger Technique to Activate More of the Mind
This method is a method I picked up from Jose Silva’s Book “You Are the Healer”. I highly recommend you read this fantastic book to get a better sense of the power of the Alpha frequency and its potential for self-healing. This is also a technique that Vishen Lakhiani references a lot in his videos; he activates this three-finger method to receive inspiration and intuition during his talks on stage.
The Three-Fingers Technique involves putting your thumb and first two fingers of either hand together as a signal to the neurons in both brain hemispheres that full teamwork is needed. From the time you program this technique onward, the thumb and first two fingers of either hand are used as the trigger for alpha in different matters of intention. When you program the Three-Fingers Technique to work for you, you can use it to help you function at a higher level of intelligence.
Use these steps to program the technique:
1. Close your eyes, turn them slightly upward, and count yourself into alpha.
2. Put your thumb and first two fingers of either hand together and repeat mentally, “Whenever I put these three fingers of either hand together, my mind works at a deeper level of awareness to normalize any injury.”
3. Count yourself out and open your eyes, feeling great.
