A 10+ week Journey Journal of my experience with this program

🥳 Week by week, in this Journey Journal of the Inspired Money Foundation Program, I take you through my first-hand account of my experience with the program.
The Program is Designed in 3 Parts
PART 1 is about dissolving shame and guilt.
✨ In this part of the program the scope is to transform the inner structures related to shame and guilt which keep us small and limit our internal wiring of “worthiness”.
✨ The program is based in using Universal Laws to create this outcome, and the two Universal Laws applied here are The Law of Duality and The Law of Synchronicity. There is a specific protocol being used in the program, which has been designed and tested through Monica Ion’s 15,000 hours of 1-on-1 client practice.
PART 2 is about closing open loops related to money and debt.
✨ In this part of the program, the outcome is the mental rewiring to create the space for money making opportunities, so that the brain is able to recognize and approach new financial opportunities without being trapped in loops of old repetitive patterns.
PART 3 is about bringing money into your priorities.
In this last part of the program, money is constructed as both a goal or a purpose, as well as a means connected to a greater vision. In this manner, the mind will work to begin creating ways to accumulate it.
📌 What Happens in Week 1 of the Program?
The Introduction Call. In week one, all participants attend the first meeting together along with the Instructor and Facilitator. This meeting covers:
👉🏼 the structure of the course and the process of the 10 weeks overall,
👉🏼 the guidelines for the course,
👉🏼 partners get assigned (part of this course is daily partner-work with another participant in the course),
👉🏼 we all connect with our intention for the course, and make our commitments,
👉🏼 and lastly, we get our instructions for the week.
Week 1 Study/Learning Modules. The program has a total of 49 lessons spread out through 9 sections, which introduce specific relevant content every week, related to the specific work being done every week. Week 1 is about:
▶️ the working principles in the context of the course,
▶️ how the mind works in priorities,
▶️ 3 exercises to complete individually and with a partner related to money,
▶️ and the beginning of looking at shame and guilt.
Partner Work. In the intro call, every person in the program is paired up with another person. In the first week, the partners arrange specific meetings related to a some relevant exercises from the Modules in week 1. Then, ongoing, the partners meet on a regular basis to hold the space for one another in the week-by-week process of shifting the internal structures through specific exercises, using the Universal Laws.
❤️ Here are some things I’ve learned this week
📎 The 50/50 rule. One of the reasons I truly love this program is because it places ownership on the work that you commit to. You can have results to the level you commit to shifting your own internal wiring. For me, this is huge leverage.
📎 Preparation. Preparing ahead of the meeting was a big help for me. And I recommend others to follow their instinct on this if they feel this is in alignment to how they function. I know some people like to “wing-it” or “see what happens”, but I like to come to meetings as prepared as I can, to do my own part. And doing some of the week 1 module work before the intro call helped me a lot to hone into the progression of the course, straight from the start – and to feel like I was at a good pace, and not trying to play catch up or feel constricted on time.
📎 Staying Organized. One of my superpowers is truly remaining organized in any endeavor that I undertake, and I realized this was a huge advantage here. This was helpful for me in taking the initiative to set up the calls with my partner efficiently in time for us to carry the exercises at a good pace throughout the week. And it also helped support my partner a little bit if she needed it.
📎 Presence and Participation. There is a lot of information that gets provided during the first week call. And even though the organizers have structured the course in such a way that they are provide the best information and instruction as possible, I found it very valuable to pay really close attention to everything that’s being delivered, and to take notes during the call so that I myself understand the pieces being delivered… even if they are confirmed through other modes of communication. This allowed me to be able to see if I had any gaps in my understanding anywhere, and if I was moving forward in the right direction with what the course is structured to do.
📎 Money Patterns. There are two very powerful exercises related to money. Both have shown me my overall money pattern in more detail. I have already had a sense of the main 3 themes of my money patterns, but the exercises brought more nuances and detail to them. Perhaps, in a later time, I will get deeper into this.
📎 Priorities. From the start, all the participants are anchored into their top priorities, since the course is greatly linked to this piece, in relationship to everything else in the course. And, with this too, perhaps in the future I will go deeper into this subject. (In the meantime, if you’re wondering what I mean by Priorities – I am referring to the Highest Practical Values demonstrated in our lives – I wrote an article about this a while ago, you can see it here for further understanding… )
This is all I wanted to drop for this week!
