Low voltage, disease. Proper voltage, healing.
The electrical nature of the body is not controversial.
- the brain runs on electrical signals
- the heart runs on electrical signals
- cells communicate through electrical potentials
- cell membranes act like batteries
- the nervous system is the wiring in the body
So looking at the body as an electrical system, is actually really important.
The nodes that make up the majority electrical circuitry of the body are the 7 main “chakras” of the body — or as I like to called them, energy centers.
Why are they the nodes of the human electrical circuitry?
Each chakra, energy center, is a “cluster of neurons,” specifically in science terms “plexuses of neurons”. These plexuses are networks of neurons, therefore each one of these centers are high-density electrical control centers of the body.
Each plexus receives signals, integrates signals, redistributes signals, regulates organs and glands, controls muscles and tissues, communicates with the brain, including gathering, collecting and sending sensory information back to the brain.
How is the body an electrical network, let’s go deeper…
Neurons communicate through voltage differences, ion gradients, action potentials, electrical impulses, and synchronization.
And every cell in your body is basically a tiny battery… making us a a very large battery. Voltage in the cells is primarily maintained by Sodium (Na+), Potassium (K+), Calcium (Ca2+) and Chloride (Cl-). So the body’s voltage is composed of trillions of tiny batteries connected together.
This is why the body is Bioelectric.
Each Plexus of Neurons (Energy Center) regulates voltage in the body, by four primarily mechanisms:
1- Controlling electrical signaling
2- Delivering electrolytes
3- Controlling metabolism and ion balance
4- Maintaining neurochemical balance
Furthermore, these plexuses are part of the autonomic nervous system, which is responsible for things like:
- heart rate, digestion, breathing, blood pressure, organ activity, gland secretion, blood flow, nutrient delivery, waste removal, and other things…
This should prompt you to realize that these energy centers, these plexuses of neurons, are influencing two of the main important aspects of the body circulation and organ activity.
How do we Tune our Electrical Circuitry then?
How do we maintain voltage in the body effectively and consistently?
1- Brainwave modulation
2- Creating Coherence in the Body
3– Tunning the entire Electrical System of the Body
1- Brainwave modulation from Beta to Alpha and Theta
Brainwaves are basically the electrical rhythm of the nervous system.
Brainwaves control the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), and since all these main energy centers are part of the ANS (the sympathetic-flightorflight and the parasympathetic-rest, repair, heal), mastering our brainwaves is actually being able to master in which state the ANS is in — the stress and survival state (the sympathetic) or the repair and healing state (the parasympathetic).
I wrote an article about how Meditation creates Coherence in the body allowing it to have the resources it needs to heal. And there is also an article on the four primary brainwaves; I recommend you read both of these article, too.
So when you change your brainwaves from Beta (the outer world focus — the highly active and overstimulated brain state) to Alpha and Theta (the inner focus — creative, healing brain state) you actually shift the autonomic nervous system from the sympathetic activation to the parasympathetic state activation.
And as a result, you change plexus activity, organ function, hormone release, metabolism, electrolyte balance, and ultimately body voltage.
2- Creating Coherence in the Body
Creating coherence is creating order in the body — which is ultimately efficient energy transfer, or in other words electrical efficiency.
And so Meditation is not just a mental exercise, it is training ourselves to create Coherence in the Mind and in the Body — slowing down our brainwaves, shifting the autonomic nervous system and creating the highly coherence order in the system in order to become efficient in performing its natural function of repair and healing.
In the article I mentioned above, I explained how you create coherence from The Field (rather than from matter, because it is the field that is the sole governing agency of the body); and in so doing you allows the system to have better communication and synchronization.
Wave synchronization, IS coherence. And when waves are coherent — energy adds up, signals reinforce, less energy is lost, information transfer improves, and systems become stable. This is why repair and regeneration naturally becomes possible.
Health is rhythmic order, disease is rhythmic disorder.
3– Tunning the entire Electrical System of the Body
Meditation then becomes an extraordinary tool to stabilizing, synchronizing, and tunning the electrical activity of the nervous system and the body as a whole.
There is a method to do this… and if can be done properly, it can heal the body naturally.
It’s like tunning a radio, calibrating an instrument, synchronizing oscillators, stabilizing a powered battery, reducing signal noise.
And beyond that you can actually elevate the level of information the body can process by connecting to the quantum field.
We often think of meditation as something spiritual or psychological, but also a bioelectrical practice that can stabilize coherence in the body, level the voltage required for the body, and draw in information needed for the body to function optimally — from the unifying field of consciousness.
This is because the human body is not just chemical and mechanical; it is electrical and electromagnetic. And the human body is not isolated, but rather it it is a complex electromagnetic and bioelectric field interacting with the larger field environment — the unifying field of consciousness.
And so you are not only creating coherence internally in the body, but you are creating a more effective two-way transfer between yourself and the greater intelligence that runs all life — transferring greater level of information from IT to you.
If you want to learn more about how voltage is healing, I recommend reading Jerry Tenant’s book called “Voltage is Healing” 😉
